A Micro Farm with A Big Flower Dream

It began with a simple idea of a backyard gardening, growing and selling locally grown flowers to our community, and today it has evolved to a dedicated farm, a nursery and a flower design studio, using flowers that my husband and I cultivate in less than 1/4 acre of space. We grow with the season and our work is inspired by nature, and we’re here to share its beauty and bounty in flowers with you.

Gardening is my therapy, and Flower Arranging feeds my soul

My name is Fion, and I’m the farmer florist behind Harmony In Blooms. I have been an enthusiastic gardener for more than a decade and counting. Gardening has always been a healing process for me whenever I need a recharge in my life and that is how the name Harmony In Blooms came to life. I love nature and unusual plants, so today in our farm, my focus is to grow unique and uncommon flowers and to share my love for them and my creations with you. 

Sustainability in Flower Farming & Floristry

We believe in sustainability and flower farming is a great responsibility both to our Mother Nature and to our future generations, so no till, organic approach and conservation have always been the preferred practices in our farm operation. We use our own and locally sourced seasonal flowers and biodegradable or reusable packaging in our services and designs whenever possible, as a way to contribute a greener and eco-friendly floristry. 

Products & Services

Being trained both in cut flower production and in floral design, we offer a variety of seasonal flower products and services, from flower subscriptions, daily bouquets, vase arrangements, everlastings, and custom designs, wearables and event & wedding floral service. We also sell dahlia tubers and various plant selection on our nursery side of business.

When I am not hanging around flowers, you will find me busy growing and preserving food, and practicing herbal remedy using our home grown medicinal herbs for the well-being of my family and myself. I am also passionate about creating and maintaining a healthy pollinator habitat on our land and at the same time promoting our native plant species by trialing them into bouquets and designs.
