Due to the perishable nature of flowers, once the order is prepared, no return and no replacement is allowed . If you are unable to pick it up, we encourage you to arrange someone else to do it for you. If you wish us to hold your flowers for another day or two, please let us know; however please understand we can’t guarantee the freshness of your bouquets in this case. Alternatively, we would be happy to donate your share to our local community of your choice.

Our Philosophy

Sustainable Farming & Floristry – A Farmer Florist Concept

Aa a farmer, we use organic approach and no till system in growing all our flowers. No chemicals and no synthetic fertilizers ever used like how we grow our own food. No harmful spray on our harvest so it’s safe for you and your home.

As a florist, we are proud to support and be part of a sustainable floriculture by using our farm grown flowers in designs; and in cases such as crop failure or when extra flower materials are needed to fulfill an order, we will source locally or domestically grown flowers over imported when possible. In shoulder season/winter, we may supplement imports.

A GREEN Business

We like to minimize the impact on our environment. CSA and Jar bouquets are wrapped in compostable Kraft paper and twine as our standard eco-packaging; hand-tied bouquets are finished with ribbons, which we encourage customers to reuse; only in cases such as custom and delivery orders, we may use minimum of plastic materials for extra protection during transit.

Quality Cut Flowers

To achieve the highest quality, it is our job to harvest flowers at the proper stage, and undergo post harvesting care. Average vase life is expected from 5 to 7 days; however please keep in mind that some flowers last longer or shorter than others by nature. On the customer’s end, please refer to “How to care for my flowers” at FAQ section, for a free downloadable guide.

Dried Flowers

From Summer through Holiday season to Valentines Day,  we offer dried flower bouquets, wreaths and holiday decorations. We also take custom orders for head crowns, corsage & boutonniere, and bridal/bridesmaid bouquets on top of our fresh offerings. Besides free flower stand pickup, we also ship our dried flower merch and custom designs to contiguous United States. We always do our best to ensure minimum damage in transit. Please inspect the order when you receive it and let us know as soon as you can if there is any issue occurred during shipping. We also use Etsy shop as another sales outlet, you can visit our Etsy shop here.

Disclaimer

Flowers are for decoration purpose, not for consumption, we will not be held responsible if our flowers are ingested in any cases.

Dahlia Tubers

Dahlia tubers are sold as a single tuber, occasionally a mini clump from a cutting stock, all grown in our farm.

Dahlia orders can be picked up at our farm free of charge or shipped via USPS starting April, weather permitting.

We routinely monitor and heavily cult plants from our field and we select and sell only those that grew vigorously and healthily during each growing season. We don’t offer U-PICK at our farm, and we follow strict rules such as sanitize our tools during harvest and in dividing process between plants. While dahlias very commonly harbor viruses in nature, we do our best to prevent diseases and provide only healthy tubers.

Tuber shape and size varies by varieties, may it be small or big, slender or round shape by design, we guarantee each tuber will have at least one viable eye to grow, and true to name

Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us within 7 days if any issues during transit.

If your planted tuber doesn’t show sign of growing within three month, or if a wrong variety was sent, please contact us with photos, we will verify and replace or refund to the value of the tuber price; shipping cost is non-refundable, and we only cover tubers that are planted in the same year you received it.

Each order comes with a Dahlia Care Guide to help you with a good start. However, please understand that we are unable to guarantee the success of your dahlia growing when it is outside of our control, such as your growing technique, your zone and micro climate or our Mother Nature.

Flower Nursery

Harmony In Blooms is a registered flower business and a nursery in WA State.

Beside providing fresh flowers to our local community, we also want to inspire people to grow a cutting garden at home. We sell nursery items, such as ranunculus and anemone corms in the fall, dahlia tubers in the winter months and various flower starts in the spring. If you have any growing questions, we are here to help.

Varieties we offer vary each year as we continue to add and remove items from our farm. In the coming months, we are planning to expand our nursery line, by offering spring bulbs that we also grow in our farm; potted plants, and heirloom mum starts that we propagate ourselves.

Please join our email list and follow us on socials for updates, news and happenings on the farm!
